As a Geek Squad Agent my work consisted of the maintenance and optimization of computer software, as well as assembling and maintaining hardware. The work, apart from the problem solving aspects of working with computers, also provided opportunity provide personalized customer service with each customer.

As a Sales Associate I interacted with customers one on one as well as in groups to provide knowledge, and help educate customers. I have experience in every department including Computers, Home Theater, Wireless Cellphones, Digital Video and Still Cameras, and Appliances. Even though each department had is own expertise needed to individualize the customer experience this never hindered my performance or want to learn more about every new aspect of each department.

Archery Director, Chesterfield Scout Reservation, Chesterfield, MA Summer of 2003
As Archery Director I was in charge first and foremost of the safety and education of the Scouts in the archery range. I was also in charge of the instructing proper use and maintenance of equipment. Along with these responsibilities I also taught three, one hour classes, weekly to students in the history, theory, function, and safety of archery.

Assistant Chef, Chesterfield Scout Reservation, Chesterfield, MA Summers of 2000-2002
As Assistant Chef it was my job to open the kitchens, prepare food, serve the food, and clean the kitchens, for three meals a day for the six week camp was in session. Co-supervising three to four other cooks and dishwashers we maintained a clean and functional kitchen providing food for the campers.

Maintenance/Grounds Keeper, Cliffwood Inn, Lenox, MA 2000-2003
In this position I was a jack of all trades when it came to the function of the house. From tending the gardens to making up vacant rooms I learned every aspect I could to keep the Inn going.

I pride myself as being multi-faceted and highly ambitious when it comes to maintaining and learning new skills.
Programs that I have worked in and continue to work in are Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Flash. I also have a working knowledge in Final Cut Pro, Motion, Soundtrack, and Color in editing and creating video. I have also used Corel Painter X.
I am also an experienced computer technician, from fixing software and hardware issues to building computers from parts to operating system. I am comfortable working in Windows 98 to Vista, Mac OS 9 to the most recent, and Linux. I also have experience in writing and debugging code for windows and Linux base computers.
